Are you passionate about keeping nature connected? The Center for Large Landscape Conservation’s Volunteer Intern Program (VIP) offers students and early-career professionals a chance to learn about and contribute to the science, policy, and practice of connectivity conservation. Volunteers work on projects that build new skills and apply existing ones, collaborating with our staff and partners to advance large-scale conservation.

The program is flexible: you can volunteer full-time or part-time, and your work can count toward academic requirements or simply be a meaningful way to give back.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated people who communicate well, can work both independently and as part of a team, and are eager to learn. Applicants must be at least 16 (over 18 preferred), and opportunities are unpaid.

To get started, fill out our short interest form and tell us about your background, interests, and availability.
