Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Jen contributes to driving CLLC’s mission forward by keeping the financial, administrative, and operational gears running smoothly. She also supports the Board of Directors, ensuring everything stays on track behind the scenes. With a strong background in managing operations, budgets, and HR functions, Jen brings a wealth of experience from her previous work and a steady hand to every challenge.

Before joining CLLC, Jen worked at Montana State University where she managed the operations and budgets for the Division of Student Success. In that role she was involved in creating a program assessment process for assessing the efficacy of programs, processes, and services.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jen exploring the outdoors with her dog, Iko, paddle boarding on sunny days, getting lost in a good book or movie, and enjoying quality time with her family and friends.
