BA Environmental Policy, Colby College
Laramie’s childhood in Jackson, WY instilled in her the vital importance of healthy wildlife populations and wide open spaces. Her experiences under the Tetons then led her to Colby College where she received a BA in Environmental Policy with a focus on large landscape conservation. Always striking a balance between playing in the outdoors and working to save beautiful places, Laramie has worked at a goat dairy farm, as a wrangler on a dude ranch and as an intern for The Nature Conservancy and the Climate Reality Project. Now at CLLC, Laramie focuses on community outreach, communications, coalition building and facilitation within a variety of projects. Her greatest passion is riding her horse, Wally, in the show ring or in the mountains, but she also enjoys skiing, climbing, and biking with her friends and family.
